Troy Wilde, DPM

Troy Wilde, DPM is a board certified physician and podiatric physician with over 11 years of experience, who specializes in wound care.

Dr. Wilde began his postsecondary education at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT where graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from the highly respected Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Philadelphia, PA in 2011. This was followed by a three-year surgical residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Wilde is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and qualified in foot surgery. He is an active member of the medical staff at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, Banner Gateway Medical Center, and St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center.

The East Valley is where Dr. Wilde calls home. He lives in Gilbert with his wife and three children, and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, golfing, mountain biking, and kayaking/paddleboarding.

 

Karissa Mitchell
Karissa Mitchell, NP

Karissa Mitchell is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023 from Grand Canyon University. Her 10 years of RN experience includes cardiac, emergency department, and wound care which sparked her interest in all things “skin”.

Karissa strives to give each patient the tools they need including education and information to make the best decisions for their own health. She is excited to join the Wound Care Physicians of Arizona team and practice a more hands-on role in wound care as an NP.

Karissa enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs Rosey and Remy, hiking, pickleballing, and traveling the world with her husband.
